Small three star hotel with excellent training for staff but with a weak kitchen that it fails miserably to draw crowds even after valiant attempts at forced marketing through influencers who keep repeating ‘oh bhai saab’ after every bite
This is a very small hotel. It has a parking capacity of a maximum of 10 cars. The staff at every level is highly trained. Somebody up the line of management seems to be responsible for that. However, the kitchen fails to live up to this hype. It shows the true colours of the hotel, i.e. a small three star hotel pretending to be a hot spot in the NOIDA Ghaziabad border for eating out. Well, the attempt fizzles out with undercooked dishes, bland food items and lack of correct spices in the watery offerings. Except for three or four items, the buffet is quite disappointing, for which I would not pay a penny more than Rs 600.00. A request on the phone for the GM’s email id was met with the Official Secrets Act attitude.
